Ultimate Truffle.

It was my sister's birthday so I decided to get her a birthday cake from the Ultimate Truffle. I brought it home the day of the party and when she was ready to cut the cake it was almost impossible to cut. She was very disappointed as she has had their cakes many times and never remember them being frozen or hard to cut. I called to enquire why this was the case and infact spoke with the owner. He told me that the cakes are in fact frozen and that the store clerk should have informed me that I should have let the cake thaw for three hours before serving. The clerk didn't say a word to me and I told that to the owner. He seemed unfazed and unapologetic, I was very disappointed. I believe I should have received some kind of store credit or an exchange of cake considering it had been a few days since the cake was here. I guess I was willing to bring the cake to the store to show him but he basically said not to bother. One thing is for sure, I will never be a return customer to the Ultimate Truffle!
