I love udon noodles. I have tons of them sitting in my pantry because I have exhausted the few ways of making them that I am familiar with and like. I enjoy them both hot and cold. I like them in broth and just as a noodle dish as well.
My question is, does anyone have any good recipes or ideas on new ways to eat udon noodles? To use them in other dishes? What is your favorite dish involving udon noodles?
I really want to know, how do you like your udon noodles?
