Is there any restaurant in Toronto serving Udders? Cow, Goat, sheep, etc? Yakitori? Braised? Fermented in their own milk? Blown up like a giant salsa bowl with the nipples used as salsa bowl legs? Twisted into a balloon animal? The plating options are endless I feel.
