Anyone out there picking up this product at the Asian store and using it?
Any clue what the Sodium Nitrite (NO2) percentage is?
Google "tusino curing powder", and click "Images". The very first results are pretty much showing the products I found at the store.

edit: I am well versed with the US 6.25% and the EU 0.6%, just wondering about this specific interesting "powder" for "grilled sausage".
