Turtle-something in Key West?

A friend recommended a GREAT restaurant in Key West, all I could remember was that the first part of the name was Turtle. Also, while I trust this woman, I don't know her well enough to trust her opinion on food other than sushi (which is all we eat together).

Anyone remember what place she might be talking about, if it's still there or if it's still good? She went on her honeymoon, which was probably about 4-5 years ago.

Also, I'm going down for a weekend in October with some college friends (some of whom are still in college) on a VERY tight budget. Basically, since it's my fiance's 21st, we're doin' the Duval Crawl till all we can do is crawl. :-) Any good places to drink that also have good food? I saw a mention that Hog's Breath had good food. . .fancy places are prob out, and if we drove, it would only be for lunch, because we're cabbin or crawlin at night. :-) Last time I was there I saw a bar called the Bull that also looked like it served food. . .how is that, and Sloppy Joe's?

Finally, has anyone tried the mexican restaurant in Mallory Square? It looked intriguing, but I'm always near there just after eating, so never got a chance. . .

Thanks, and I appreciate all your fantastic help!
