Turnip-O-Rama

I've been collecting really nice turnips from the winter CSA, but now I have a fridge full! I sometimes make a Korean-style shredded turnip salad, but we can only eat so much of that, roasted turnips are getting old, and mashed turnips seem to be a hard sell.

My only idea at this point is turnip kimchi, but there has to be more I can do.
