Turning bad chinese food into edible dinner?

elliora | Mar 19, 2009 06:31 PM

So I got roped into ordering some chinese I knew would be bad, but man this was really bad. We now have two almost full containers of beef, one with bok choy and one with green beans. The takeout boxes are literally filled halfway with liquid, the beef is gray and chewy and the sauce tastes like water. I hate to throw away food and usually can save food by making it into something else, but this has left me stumped. Anyone got any ideas or just suck it up and toss it out? Thanks!
