I'm a HUGE fish and vegetable lover and he's into steak and potatoes, but on vacation we pretty much eat anything that's delicious! I know conch is a must have, but has anyone else had any amazing food experiences on the island? There is nothing we won't eat.
Also, we do a fair amount of cooking in our spare time, so will likely cook for at least half the time as well. I know there is an IGA on the island that we'll probably be frequenting. We're fairly gourmet cooks, and want to have nice "home-cooked" meals in our condo also....any suggestions for cooking items we should bring? So far on my list are our Kaji knives and truffle oil.
