Turkish spice blend Ras El Hanout, any local sources?

Friend returned not long ago from a trip to Istanbul with a superb spice blend called Ras El Hanout, made with everything from black and white pepper, to ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, curcuma, longue, piment, piment mexique, manigette, fleur de rose, and galangal.
Prepared rib lamb chops last night coated in this mixture - you could give up garlic coated chops for this flavor!!!
Anyone know any place locally where I might find this blend? Jon's might be my first thought, but do need help 'hounds!
