Turkish Breakfast Dish ( Menemen ) with eggs, tomatoes, peppers

3 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 Peppers ( hot or mild) chopped
Half an onion ( white, diced)
125 g of butter
4 eggs
Sucuk ( turkish garlic sausage) or any meat that goes well with eggs (sliced)
100 ml of milk
Any melting cheese ( preferably sharp)

Melt the butter over medium heat and cook your choice of meat when the butter starts to sizzle, when cooked add tomatoes, peppers and the onion . Stir them for a few minutes and occasionally crush the tomatoes so that they release their juices, if any juice is left on the cutting board pour it in to the pan. Reduce heat to low and crack eggs. Pour the milk and add salt and pepper. Stir continuously at a medium pace until the eggs are cooked. Add the cheese towards the end.The end product should be a slightly lumpy amalgamation of the tomatoes and eggs, somewhat a sexy version of scrambled eggs. Enjoy with some toasted bread as a healthy, hearty breakfast
