Does anyone know where you can get Turkish bread in the LA area? By that, I mean a flatish bread; crispy, crusty, whitish outside and yet with a quite airy, strong interior. It can vary in size from 6 inches long and six inches wide (personal size) to about 24 inches long and 7 inches wide. Really great for cutting and toasting. We can and do already buy Persian totally flat breads here. Pita too. This is quite distinct and I haven't been able to find it.
