I read in the recent Saveur 100 of a Turkish chef (Musa something...) and how he is wowing folks all over the world.

Curious about Turkish food in general but what is edible in San Francisco? Is it authentic Turkish or regional (I know its a big place...)

If there are decent Turkish restaurants in the city, what are the dishes that are MUST orders?
