I am defrosting a turkey 20lbs. today Tuesday 11/21/17 and it has been 4 days and just realized at 7:30 am Tuesday that the pan that the turkey is sitting in had blood in it which meant the turkey was thawing and the refrigerator had stopped working so i put the turkey in my refrigerator that is working and the turkey was still cold so is the turkey still good to cook on Thursday for thanksgiving?? and i also brine my 24 hours before the day i cook it too..
