I remember my step-mother made the best best best turkey soup. She cooked the bones until very soft and then put it all in the blender, creating a rich marrow filled soup. I have tried to cook bones to this softness but no matter how long they cook, they would never blend smoothly.
Am I making this up?
Do you think they'd get this soft in a pressure cooker ( I never use mine)
HAs anyone eaten or made turkey soup this way?
