I'm cooking a turkey breast for Thanksgiving...
only problem is that I am taking it to our hosts house, which will be about a 40 minute drive. How do I keep the skin crispy? Obviously, I'll need to put tinfoil over the roaster/dish that I bake the turkey in, and I wonder if the skin will just get "soggy".
I'll also be making the gravy....too bad I don't have a thermos to take that in, lol.
