Turkey Giblets For Gravy

Miss Rennie | Dec 31, 2011 04:16 PM

Where can I buy just the turkey giblets to make gravy with? I usually get a whole turkey breast for the holidays, not the entire bird, as nobody likes dark meat and it's a waste. But you never get giblets with the breasts, and you don't get good gravy without them. And why don't they include them, anyway? The whole birds already come with them, so why shouldn't the breasts? Any ideas?
