Turkey dogs at Wierner factory (calling steve dog) - pretty good

kevin | Jun 9, 2005 09:54 PM

hey steve dog and everyone else, i quite enjoy the turkey dogs w/ sauerkraut on them at wiener factory, if i'm not mistaken the owner was talking to some customers, and he said he's the nephew of the original owner and bought the place of his uncle so they use the same suppliers and whatnot, i think he mentioned that they changed to sabrett's because he gott into a quibble w/ his old all-beef dog supplier. also, i think he mentioned that the turkey dogs and the polish dogs were made by a secret supplier that makes german sausages withe the correct amount of spice and whatnot.

haven't tried the polish, think it's made with both beef and pork, and i'm beef dog kind of guy, but i've heard the polish is tremendous and steve dog i did see your signed certificate plastered on the wall beside the counter.

oh, and the turkey dogs are good sized so that if you happen to get fries that will be enough. usu i gorge myself and get a turkey dog and a sabrett's dog and leave pretty full after washing it down with a couple of extra sweet cokes.
