last year i practically lived on a take-out turkey chili that was served hot at a nearby grocery for lunches at my desk. it was just the way i like it...not a bit soupy just thick...and lots of ground browned turkey with some kidney beans, and a bit of tomato-ness to it. then the store stopped carrying it and i really want it.
could anyone (and everyone) chime in with their favorite turkey chili recipe that might fit the bill? chili is one of the few things i've never tackled. i don't even know what kind of chili powder to purchase...i have a 16 year old who doesn't like really spicey but used to eat this chili when i would occaisionally bring it home. i have dreams of cooking up a huge pot of it and freezing it in quarts.
