I am thinking of buying one of these. Has anyone tried?
For those not in the know, an Un-Turkey is meatless, made of vital wheat gluten and with a yuba soy skin. The Un-Turkey is filled with stuffing when you buy it. The company that produces them also makes Un-Steak (Mmmm!), Un-Chicken (a little odd), and Un-Ribs (taste nothing like ribs - are completely doughy - but not bad taken on their own). I would like thoughts on these other Un-products as well.
