Turkey

I got a frozen turkey this past sunday. I decided to put it in my fridge to defrost. Its a 10 pound turkey. Im cooking it tomorrow. I looked in the fridge a few minutes ago and notice a little water next to turkey with a little blood next to it. Is it still ok to cook or is it bad. I dont want anyone to get sick
