What am I doing with this tuna steak?

I have an ahi steak thawing that I need to kill. I'm looking for something different than sesame crusting, wasabi crusting, Tyler Florence's lime/cilantro thing, Cook's Illustrated miso butter thing, Epicurious's fennel seed thing, or a nicoise. Any other recipes you like?
