i eat a lot of tuna salad. my standard recipe includes (in whole or part) celery, onion, egg, relish, dill, and mayo/miracle whip. i've started adding pepper and, in moments of wild creativity, have experimented with capers and mustard with mild success. a chef friend of mine suggested water chestnuts, and i need to give that a try.
i'm looking for a new recipe, altogether. any suggestions?
