tuna belly

I picked up some fatty tuna belly at my local fish market. wondering how to cook it. I've enjoyed o-toro and chu-toro at my fave sushi restaurants many times, but I'm not confident that this is sushi grade so would prefer to cook it. I'm thinking to grill? Something spanish/med flavored? Any help would be appreciated.
