Tuk-Tuk Thai market takeout counter?

This is the market on University Ave in Berkeley. It looks fairly new, and still has a Grand Opening sign outside.

I stopped in yesterday to pick up some groceries and noticed the takeout counter. I wonder if anyone has eaten there and has anything to report?

They have a number of cafeteria style prepared foods, like curries, but what excited me was the stir fry menu (basics like Pad Thai, Pad See-Ew, Krapow). I don't understand why there aren't more down-scale Thai eateries that offer made to order dishes like these, because as long as the chef has fresh ingredients and some idea about what he/she's doing, there's no reason they can't make food that tastes like it does in Thailand. Another good indication is that on the few tables they had set up, the great 4 condiments (sugar, fish sauce with chilies, vinegar with chilies, dry crushed chilies) were standing by, just like in Thailand. I'm not sure how many times I've seen that in the US. And the employees are in fact Thai.

So, I have hopes for this place. Has anyone tried it yet?

Also, this is more of a stab in the dark, but in one of the freezer cases they had what looked like homemade Chaing Mai style sausages. They were unlabeled. Anyone notice or try those yet?
