Last night's chowdown at Chef's Wok in Alameda (thanks for organizing, Ruth!) wound down at Tucker's Ice Cream. We dashed out of the restaurant to make it to the ice cream parlor before 9:30pm . . . and found about 30 people ahead of us in line who had the same idea.
The butter pecan was particularly fine yesterday. Other favorites were the Mexican chocolate and macapuno. Here's a photo of the petite-size of hot fudge sunda, complete with real whipped cream, toasted nuts, and a cherry.
