I ended up on their email list and got the following information yesterday:
Join us for a new dish every week in April!
This April we are excited to offer you four special dishes, one to be offered each week throughout the month.
The first weeks special will be Mole Amarillo, a pre-Hispanic recipe featuring Chayote (squash) in an eclectic sauce including yellow guajillo peppers, peanuts, garlic, onions, green beans, and tomatoes.
Week two's special will be pollo en Pipian Rojo, or chicken in a red sauce made from carrots, guajillo peppers, and squash.
During the third week of April, we will offer tender pork loin in a pulque (cerveza) and chipotle pepper sauce.
We will close out the month by offering a succulent baked shrimp dish, Camarones al Macario, featuring a sauce of cheese, garlic, and green peppers.
The menu from Tu Y Yo is composed of family recipes spanning over 100 years. From homemade salsas to typical meat sauces, each item is freshly made and 100% Mexican. We take pride in everything we prepare and thank you for taking the time to experience our culture. We cordially invite you to visit us during April to try these wonderful dishes.
