Had dinner there a couple of nights ago. Is it just me, or is this place slipping? Ever since my first dinner there with a chowhound group, I've had great meals there, and lots of fun. Still had lots of fun, but the meats were just...meh. The pork ribs were so fatty that the fat literally melted into the brazier, and the result was more like tasteless bacon than anything else. I couldn't eat it. The marinated tongue, which is usually my favorite, was truly nothing special. The outside skirt steak was the only meat that didn't disappoint - tasty and tender. Even the stone bibimbap wasn't great. So, fellow hounds, anyone else have the same experience of late?
