We had dinner with friends at Trust tonight. Hands down, a superb meal. The service was especially lovely. Our server was welcoming, and very excited about the food. Since it was our first visit, she walked us through their menu, giving recommendations from each section. The standouts were the chicken liver toasts, the dry-aged pork (required, since our B & R experience two weeks ago), the hush puppies, the pork with polenta. Dessert was the Pineapple cake and the bread pudding.
Overall, excellent, and we will definitely go back. The only downside, which was not too bothersome as we were deep in conversation, was the noise level. The room is a tad loud, but the patio seemed like a quieter place.
