Tried and true recipe for persimmon bread/tea cake

tcamp | Nov 19, 201906:30 AM     2

I have a boatload of fuyu persimmons needing to be used and I also need to make a half dozen or so loaves of bread for a holiday bake sale this weekend. Hoping to marry the two needs. I googled around and found a recipe on David Leibovitz' site but it calls for the softer type of persimmons, made into a puree.

Anyone have a recipe that results in a nice, moist bread and for which I can use fuyus?
