Hi Fellow Chowhounders,
I need a little help here. We have relatives coming over from Switzerland, German, and Japan next month and would like to eat to taste true californian cuisine. As they come from afar, we would like to take them to the best the city can offer. The two that we have in our minds right now are Chez Panisse and Aqua.
Do you have any other recommendations? Any information on how far ahead we should make our reservations?
