Too much trout

Soup Trout Leftovers

I grilled whole trout for dinner last night and had a couple of no-shows so have an entire leftover cooked trout plus a lot of meat from the other ones.

I'm thinking soup? any killer recipes that are trout-specific?

Thanks in advance

Trout and eggs are a popular combo, you could certainly make a quiche or frittata, omelette, etc
