i'm looking to do a trio of lobster for a dinner party. i'm thinking poached, ravioli and one other way. any suggestions? i'm trying (emphasis on trying) to recreate a meal i had at FL. but there's no way i could come close so i would take new suggestions too?
also, does anyone know a good place in maine that will fly in live lobsters? how much does it cost approx?
any general tips on cooking them.
i am a total novice.
