I realize that some opt to not peel them at all, but I prefer them peeled. I do, however, require a tip on how to peel them! I currently use a sharp vegetable peeler and just go at it, however since the pieces are often from "knobby", the peeler pretty much just takes all those knobs out and makes it a nice potato-shape. Effective, but very wasteful. And these things aren't cheap!
I've tried using a spoon to peel them but it was ineffective. Maybe I just need a sharper spoon.
