Tria, a new bar/cafe that celebrates the fermentation trio of wine, cheese and beer, will open in May at 123 S. 18th St.
Tria will be a casual, low-key place where diners may sample vintage wines and hand-crafted brews as well as artisanal cheeses.
"Our mission is clear-cut," said owner and proprietor Jon Myerow. "We seek to offer our guests only the most superb wines, cheeses and beers in a friendly atmosphere that is completely absent of all pretense. We're here to make the good stuff fun and accessible. It's just that simple."
