Tri-Ply SS vs Tri-Ply Copper Exterior, Aluminium Core and SS Inside

Cata96 | May 3, 202106:45 AM     15

Hey guys,
So I've been looking at different pans to use besides my lovely CS Collection as my normal SS pans are quite lousy in terms of quality if we could put it that way...
After a bunch of research I found some nice tri-ply stainless steel pans, but also for the same price a pan that has Copper Exterior, aluminium core and the usual SS inside...
Would that copper option be better than the regular tri-SS? Or it's just a marketing tactique to make it look al shiny but with no actual benefit? As I know that 90/10% Copper SS pans are crazy expensive, but with a reason... The Tri-Ply I'm talking about is like 75$ at the moment...

Thanks guys! Every opinion is welcomed!
