Another traveling food question

I'm going to an out of town bbq/potluck. Hosts are providing the meat and dessert, guests to bring the other dishes. Originally I was going to make stuffed grape leaves, pack them well in an ice chest and drive. There's been a change of plans and now I'm flying so that won't work. Any suggestions on room temperature things that I could bring?
