I try out different healthy versions of cookies and quick breads, using my co-workers as guinea pigs (if it disappears quickly, then I know I have a hit). This alleviates much crankiness.
However, I use public transportation to get to work and I was curious if anyone has suggestions on treats that travel well. I WILL NOT MAKE RICE-CRISPY TREATS. Looking for something creative. (Healthy can mean reduced fat amounts or reduced sugar amounts!)
