I want to have a taste off a few different recipes of chocolate mousse at a get together. It takes too long to cook there so I was thinking of making it at home and bringing it. I've got the cooler space and chill power to transport but am wondering how well something like that might survive the vibrations of the road. A couple of the recipes are light and airy and it would obviously be a problem if it goes flat on the way or otherwise becomes disfigured. I think if it is cold enough, but not freezing of course, it should hold. Any opinions?
