It is alleged that a nearby Brazilian market (Gol! on Somerville Ave for Boston hounds) has great pork shoulder for BBQ. Based on the signage, what I *think* I'm looking for is the "pernil com osso" (with bone, I presume).
Now is that likely to be just the Boston Butt, or include something of the picnic shoulder, or something entirely different? Please forgive any ignorance; while an enthusiastic pig eater, I'm quite the neophyte when it comes to preparation...
And you've got to love a market called "Gol!" (exclamation point is on the sign as well)
