Traditional Turkish Delights (lokum)

I was recently in a Mediterranean restaurant and saw that in the area where they were selling produce they had bottles of rose water. Due to my affection for Turkish Delights I pounced on this opportunity. But I came to a problem, I don’t want to make anything not true to its intended form, and I don’t know how to make the version with gum arabic. Does anyone know what recipe I should use?
