Matyson is participating in a neat idea where top chefs from another country trade places and work in each other's kitchen for a week. Two chefs from a noteworthy restaurant in Barbadis (hope I spelled that right)are currently doing their thing at Matyson for the week. I guess Matt will be going to Barbadis sometime this year for his turn. Anyone try the weekly fixed price theme dinner from these chefs this week? Are any other restaurants doing this as well?
