I bought a package of something called "sliced pork riblets". They look sort of like ribs, who knows what they really are. Anyway, I baked them slowly until they were tender, and painted them later with some of the T.J.'s sauce and let that caramelize. The riblets turned out to be just a vehicle for the sauce. It's good! It's a little on the sweet side, so I added some plain old ketchup, and the juice of a whole lime. It's quite spicy hot. See what you think, if you see it. I'll be using it on chicken next.
