I'm sitting here noshing on what I believe to be one of the best salads I've ever made, and It occured to me that every single ingredient was purchased at TJ's. God, I love that place!! This isn't even cooking -- mere assembly of good ingredients with stellar results!
Baby arugula pre-bagged lettuce mix
Sliced Balsamic and Rosemary chicken
Handful of orange-flavored dried cranberries
Handful of walnut pieces
A generous crumble of french feta
TJ's basic EVOO
TJ's cheap balsamic vinegar
Cracked black pepper
This salad has everything I love -- contrasts of sweet/sour, crunchy/chewy, bitter/sweet... I am a happy eater right now. I'll be even happier when I pull out the fat/dairy free mango sorbet for dessert.
What's your favorite dish you've ever assembled entirely out of TJ's ingredients?
