I just bought the frozen/seasoned rack of lamb from Trader Joe's. The instructions says to just cook it in the oven at 350. Most rack of lamb recipes I've seen call for 400-450 and searing on the stovetop beforehand. Should I adjust the cooking method? I like a nice crust on my lamb, and I don't think a 350 oven will give me that.
Anyone have any experience with this?
