Seems like TJ's gets a lot of publicity on this board and here I am adding to the traffic.
I bought the "premium Italian Pasta" that TJ's has advertised on the front page of this months FF, 2 bags of Tagliatelle and one of Tacconi. The price isn't bad at 1.99 for a little over a pound. But, I made a Puttanesca last week that I've made many, many times and which I love, to sauce the Tagliatelle and I'm not sure whether I overcooked it or its just lousy pasta but the dish was not good.
I noticed when I put the pasta in the water that it seemed to be floured heavier than most. My water was really cloudy
Anybody used this pasta?
