What's up with this stuff? My local has started carrying carne asada, pollo asada, tri-tip roasts (seasoned and unseasoned) and other fresh meats. The color of the spicing looks soft of day-glo suspicious and I'm always wary of the freshness of their cheese and their dairy handling practices, so I'm a little nervous about the meat.
Any direct experiences out there?
(Oh! By the way, I tried the TJ brand papadams -- dill and yogurt flavor -- based on a review here. Yum. Really good, and spicy too!)
