Am I on the right track with this restaurant list for upcoming trip?

Hi - I'm off on my first ever visit to New Orleans for four days next week and am interested in trying a cross section of what the city has to offer, i.e. fewer legendary institutions and more eclectic local color. I've scoured this board and others, gotten recommendations from friends, skimmed a few best-of lists and checked out all the menus and come up with the following list, would love to know if I'm on the right track. Anyplace that shouldn't be on there, especially somewhere that isn't living up to the hype? Some gem I'm missing? Is it really sacrilege that I'm not trying Cochon/Peche/French 75 - especially Peche? If so, what would you drop? I like all food but since I just have a few days probably won't spend time on burgers or BBQ. Thanks!
