Most non-toxic cookware: Unglazed clay pan or 100% titanium coated pan?

Ok, so I'm ready to buy one of these. I'm looking at either one of the clay pans at Miriam's Earthen Cookware (here is a test of the heavy metals in their cookware: http://miriamsearthencookware.com/abo...)

I've also been looking at one of the pans (although expensive) at Titanium Cookware Collections (see here: http://www.titaniumcookwarecollection...). They are the only brand I've found where the entire coating of their pans is made of titanium (perhaps the safest metal to cook with).

Which brand would you rather go with?
