In town end of July and Early August

Have not been in your lovely city for a while, but have a chance to visit next month. We'll be staying at the Marriott Renaissance and will have a car. Looking for good Northwest Seafood, Dim Sum and good Chinese food and anything else particularly wonderful. We do need good wheelchair access, I get around in a power chair.
