I'm having a hard time finding out who is heading up the kitchens at these two restaurants. From what I can gather, Jean-Pierre Nomicos is at Lasserre, and Bernard Guilhaudin is at Tour d'Argent (though I think I read a news bite that said he had left?).
Does anyone happen to have more current information? perhaps even info on the backgrounds of the current chefs? I would be much obliged for any help.
